You can send photos of your home (kitchen, bathroom, rooms, living room) via WhatsApp or schedule a free on-site consultation. After the consultation, we provide a clear price quote including a square meter calculation, a room-by-room checklist, and a work schedule. There will be no surprise costs; every item will be clearly stated.
Which cleaning products do you use?
We use ecological, health-certified, and antibacterial cleaning products. We prefer professional detergents, descalers, and disinfectants that are harmless to human health and the environment, and approved according to European standards. Unscented products can be used, especially in homes where people with asthma and allergies reside.
How long does post-move cleaning take?
The average time for a standard 2+1 apartment is 4-6 hours, and for a 3+1 apartment, it's 6-8 hours. The time may be longer for homes that have been vacant for a long time or after construction. A clear work schedule and delivery time will be provided during the initial inspection. Our punctual team will start work at the agreed time and deliver within the promised timeframe.
Are you just cleaning, or are you also disinfecting?
In addition to deep cleaning after moving, detailed cleaning after construction, and dust removal after painting, we also offer a comprehensive range of services including steam disinfection, antibacterial hygiene applications, carpet and upholstery cleaning, glass polishing, cabinet cleaning, and limescale and rust removal. Is cleaning done in furnished houses?
Yes, we also clean furnished homes. Furniture and valuables are carefully protected, and cleaning is performed without moving furniture or other items. However, for the best results, it is recommended that your home be empty or have minimal furnishings. Cleaning in empty homes, especially after a move, is both faster and more thorough.
